Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery time depends on location and courier service
• Tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped
• Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, or weather conditions

Delivery Guidelines
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information
• If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges apply

Payment Policy
• All payments are accepted through Razorpay
• Supported payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
• ADP Apiary does not store your card or payment details
• Orders are shipped only after successful payment

Damage During Delivery
• If the product is damaged, no refund will be provided
• Replacement is available only with a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened
