Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds for any product
• Refunds are issued only if the order was cancelled before shipping or if payment was deducted but the order did not process

Return & Replacement Policy
• If the product is damaged during delivery, replacement is available
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for replacement eligibility
• The video must start before opening the parcel and show damage clearly
• Without an unboxing video, no replacement will be provided
• Replacement is applicable only for the same product; no exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened products
• Items without unboxing video proof
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
